Available Positions:

Cellar/Packaging Technician

This position will require you to work in both cellar and packaging operations. You will have direct, hands-on responsibility for producing quality beer in a safe manner. You will be responsible for for cellar operations, beer clarification, beer packaging, plus tank and general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize fermenters, brite tanks
  • Transfer wort/beer between tanks
  • Filtering beer
  • Clean and fill kegs
  • Harvest yeast
  • Complete cold side duties (ie. Dry hopping, finings, fruit, etc)
  • Log completed tasks in brewery software (Ekos)
  • Load grain
  • Setup, breakdown and clean canning line
  • Assist during canning operations

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height repeatedly
  • Must be able to lift/move 150 lbs from time to time
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, squat, twist, climb ladders or stairs
  • Must be able to work in hot, cold and wet environments
  • Must be able to follow safety protocols and SOPs
  • Forklift experience is a major plus
  • Keep good notes
